I wish I had known this when I was younger!
warning: contains a very exciting announcement
Hello dear reader,
Well today marks an exciting day at sidekick HQ.
You asked, so we provided.
“I’ve loved the Purpose Pursuit — do you do anything that would support my teenager?”
“My son/ daughter has just left uni/ college and they’re not sure what to do next — can you help?”
“The sixth former in my life is applying to university, how do we make their UCAS statement stand out from the crowd?”
“My son/ daughter is really lacking confidence and direction — I know how amazing they are but they just can’t see it — what can I do?”
“Our daughter/ son is thinking about their next steps and planning career choices — the help available isn’t great — how do we know what jobs would suit their Strengths?”
“How can they learn to talk about themselves at interview with clarity and assurance?”
“My grandchild is graduating and I would love to buy a meaningful gift to help support them in their future — what can I buy?”
We are here to help!
The Purpose Pursuit — Young Adult Edition is here.
I am so excited to be able to tell you that after a year of learning, building and designing, we have created a version of The Purpose Pursuit aimed at supporting this very age and stage (aimed at about 16-25 year olds). We’ve taken all the learning from the adult course, condensed it, adapted it, interviewed loads of young adults, and brought you a product that we think will make a real difference.
And, it’s ready in time for Christmas🎄
I’m a trained teacher, and teacher of teachers and so I’ve pulled from my years of experience in the classroom in order to make the training accessible, encouraging, fun and action-based. It’s not just theory, it’s self confidence in a course. It’s next steps laid out. It’s learning who you are, and what you are not, aged 20 rather than 50. It’s lessons that will stay with them throughout the rest of their life and career.
Who wouldn’t want to gift that to a young person in their life?
Want to know more?
Well, head on over here to find out all the information you need.
You’ll even find a sneak peek inside one of the modules so you can see just what the course involves.
I genuinely can’t wait to work with the fantastic young adults in your life, and help them see just how brilliant they really are.
P.S. This week we were saddened to hear of the untimely passing of the creative genius, Virgil Abloh. His words really resonated with me: “Everything I do, is for the 17-year-old version of myself”. Rest in peace, Virgil.
