I’ve taken the assessment before, can I take it again?
Gallup doesn’t usually recommend retaking the assessment, as research shows that the Top 5 Strengths don’t show any meaningful change over time. There are a few circumstances in which they recommend retaking it, which they explain on their website here. If you do choose to take your assessment again, you will need to create a new account on Gallup, using a different email address to the one that you originally took your assessment with.
2. My assessment link isn’t working!
a. Please make sure that you have clicked ‘Create an account’ on the Gallup Sign in page
b. Once you have created an account on Gallup, click ‘redeem access code’.
c. Pop in the code that you have been sent here. If this doesn’t work, please email
laura@hellosidekick.co who will send you another code to try.
3. How do I access my results?
You can access your reports anytime at my.gallup.com by using your original login details. Your assessment results are under ‘Reports’
We are unable to send password reset emails, and you will need to click ‘Need help with your username or password?’ on the Gallup Sign in page. Alternatively, Gallup chat are really helpful and can provide login support. They are based in the USA so are available from 1PM on weekdays.
