The Track

An online coaching programme and collective for women in the first five years of leadership

77% of workers have experienced burnout in their current jobs​​. Burnout can be caused by many different issues. The Track will highlight and focus on these key issues and coach, support and empower women to feel balance within themselves and the workplace.

5 Months of Support

Over the course of 5 months we will meet together as a group for a 90 minute online session that will unpack some of the key issues that women face at work that lead to burnout. You will have the opportunity to undergo some reflective activities, Q&A, understand your personalised Clifton strengths report as well as a 60 minute 1:1 session you are able to use at any point during the programme.

  • Participants delve into the essence of self-awareness, unlocking the depth of their individual strengths. Through the guidance of the Clifton Strengths Report, attendees embark on a transformative journey, gaining profound insights into their unique talents and capabilities.

  • Within asafe atmosphere the group will explore personal blind spots, gaining valuable insights into potential barriers and opportunities for growth.

  • Through open dialogue and supportive exercises, the group wil confront feelings of self-doubt and learn effective strategies to combat imposter syndrome.

  • Drawing inspiration from the Clifton Strengths Report, attendees delve into their individual strengths and talents, uncovering the keys to exerting influence in a distinctive and impactful manner

  • Through interactive exercises and guided discussions, the group will learn effective strategies for managing conflict, building resilience, and fostering positive outcomes in challenging situations.

Hello, I'm Hannah! 

I’ve got over twenty years of experience in the speaking and educating space and I’m a certified CliftonStrengths Coach. I'm also the happy founder of sidekick, a company built around making you the hero of your own story. 

My favourite thing to do is to give the kind of insights that facilitate penny-dropping-light-bulb moments, so that every person I encounter walks away with a lot more courage and clarity than they started with.
