A pre-recorded, 45 minute vrtual workshop which acts like a live workshop with Hannah - all you need to do is press play! Hannah guides the team through the strengths process and there are times to stop and discuss the content (which Hannah makes clear in the video!). It also comes with an accompanying PDF booklet for each team member to guide them through the session. A good option if you’d like to explore your strengths as individuals and a team with some guidance, and to look into some next steps on how to take your learning further.
