A 10-Minute Reflection For The End of The Year
Hello Friends.
Last week I promised a short blog, and this week I’m keeping it even shorter.
When planning the podcast for the Christmas break, we decided against having a total break. Instead, we thought about what might be most useful.
So, this week is part one of a two-part series: two short episodes designed to be listened to on the go, with space to think and reflect. Finding time to reflect can feel especially hard in the busyness of Christmas, so we’ve tried to make this accessible for those of us who can’t possibly (but would really like to) sit down with a 40-page reflective exercise.
This week is about looking back.
A 10-minute guided reflection on the year that’s coming to an end, where I talk through some gentle questions to help you ponder where life is right now, and the impact this past year has had on you, both the good and the hard.
And in the spirit of generosity, we’ve also created a reflective PDF to go with the episode.
It’s a free download with all the questions from the podcast (and a few extra), plus space to write if you’d like.
A key theme of my new book is the importance of taking stock of where you are before you move forward. This episode is designed to help you gently begin that process.
Next week, we’ll turn our attention to looking ahead, with a gentle, thoughtful readiness for the new year.
All that’s left to say from me is thank you for brightening this year. Every reply, comment, and connection has lifted me and the team through a year of both challenges and celebrations. We truly couldn’t do it without you.
Love,
Hannah x
